Most small businesses want the same thing; more customers and more revenue; and to do that they know they need to market their businesses. Unfortunately, when it comes to deciding the best ways to do it, it all starts to get a bit confusing (not to mention time consuming, risky and expensive).
Where to advertise? What should our marketing and advertising say? How can we create more referrals and word-of-mouth business? How do we get customers with such a small marketing budget?
